We can provide services to families who have: 

• Self managed plans 

• Plan managed plans 

 

We are not NDIS registered so cannot provide services for NDIS managed plans.

ALTERNATE FUNDING STREAMS

 

Chronic disease management plan

This plan is available through your GP for those with a chronic condition, which is a medical condition that is ongoing for at least 6 months.

​

Note: Limited number of sessions on plan and gap fees apply

 

 

Mental health care plan 

This plan can be provided by your GP if your child has presenting mental health challenges affecting their development.

Note:limited number of sessions on plan and gap fees apply.
